In this place that we lovingly call the Charleston Lowcountry, we have been having some of the most amazing weather with above normal temps and sunny skies. I have already spent time watching the College of Charleston playing baseball at Patriots Point and I have been enjoying some time in the many outdoor spaces that are part of what makes this place so special. I guess that we earned these beautiful days after 5 straight days of ice and snow on the ground...Something that we never have to deal with, thank goodness!
Along with the good weather comes an uptick in the real estate market too. We are in the 4th year of exceptionally low inventory so prices are starting out a little high but there are still some pretty good deals! Last year's market was pretty brisk and 2018 is trending the same direction...More on that in future blogs!
When we start to have these good days, I start taking inventory of my flower pots and dream of what beautiful flowers I might put in them. While cleaning them up is a huge task, it is worth it when the new blooms put on a show! The following blog on container gardening is a great way to get in the mood to plan for the Spring and Summer.
